All of my family are self-employed. I grew up watching them talk about cash flow, staffing, sales and profitability. I founded Convex Accounting in 2011 to help people like my family, and to, at the same time create something that was scalable and automatic (without losing the personal connection with my customers).

Along the way, we found a niche and developed an eye for business improvement. This means we see how things can be simplified, made automatic and documented. This enables us to remove human errors, derisk things from going wrong, and take things off the plate of the business owner.

When I’m not at work, I’ll be spending time with my family (twin boys and a girl) or trying to find time for the hobbies I never quite seem to get around to. Mountain biking, windsurfing, diving and boxing are all on the list of things I don’t quite get to…
